Raffles International was named one of The Strongest Singapore Brands 2003 for successfully crossing Singapore borders and gaining international recognition. An initiative of International Enterprise Singapore (IE Singapore), this prestigious national award recognises successful Singapore-based companies in the area of brand value or brand strength, based on seven attributes including stability, leadership and geographic spread.

Raffles Hotels & Resorts has been recognised as one of the top three companies on the Best Employers in Singapore 2007 list released by Hewitt Associates, a global management consulting firm. The Best Employers in Singapore 2007 award is the Group's fourth consecutive award as one of Singapore's best. It is also the only hotel management company to be placed on the list. In addition, the Group has also received the accolade as one of the Best Employers in Asia 2007, making this the second time the Group has been recognised as one of Asia's most admired employers.

Business Headquarters Status (1999)

In May 1999 Raffles International was awarded the Business Headquarters (BHQ) Status jointly by the Economic Development Board and the Singapore Tourism Board. This BHQ Status was awarded within three years that Raffles International launched its regional and international expansion drive. Raffles International was recognised for being well established in its business as well as having attained a critical size in terms of equity, assets and employees.
