Raffles Hotels & Resorts (“Raffles”) offers personal and non-transferable The Raffles Ambassadors membership to selected, highly valued guests as a form of recognition and reward for their loyalty.

Eligibility
Membership in The Raffles Ambassadors is available to qualifying individuals of legal age who demonstrate sufficient stays at participating Raffles properties and is strictly by invitation only from Raffles.

Membership in The Raffles Ambassadors is not available to corporations, associations and groups. Raffles defines qualified stays at its own discretion, which may be amended or revised from time to time by Raffles.

Membership in The Raffles Ambassadors is valid until the expiry date imprinted on your membership card and is subject to annual renewal. Membership cards are the property of Raffles and must be returned upon request or termination of membership.

Benefits
As a member of the The Raffles Ambassadors, you will enjoy complimentary privileges and services in respect of a stay at our participating Raffles properties, such as: preferential treatment at check-in; flexible 24-hours check-in; exclusive concierge services; complimentary rewards; additional airline mileage accrual opportunities; airline mileage awards and bonuses, in cooperation with an airline, and subject to the rules and regulations of the relevant frequent flyer programme.

In certain locations, Raffles offers a toll-free number for reservations. Kindly take note that certain benefits are subject to availability and may not be available at certain locations during certain times. Restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Limitation
This programme is subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Membership and the benefits arising therefrom may be limited or unavailable to individuals with residency in certain jurisdictions. In conjunction with promotions, the redemption of awards is subject to applicable laws and regulations. We expressly reserve our right to deny, suspend, revoke, or terminate your membership where we consider your membership or your behaviour as being against the applicable law or as inconsistent with other guests' expectations.

You will be held responsible for any taxes, levies or duties that arise in connection with the receipt of rewards or benefits under The Raffles Ambassadors’ programmes and all additional costs shall be borne by you.

Your membership and benefits received as a member of The Raffles Ambassadors ‘ programme are personal and cannot be transferred. All entitlements shall lapse in the event that it is not claimed, redeemed or used prior to the expiry of your membership.

Changes to the Programme
Raffles may terminate, change The Raffles Ambassadors's programme, rules, regulations, terms and conditions, awards and promotions / offers at any time without notice and without prior consent of members even though termination or change thereof may affect members’ benefits, rewards or privileges. Raffles is not liable to members whatsoever, including without limit to, for any loss of value or benefits, rewards or privileges that may arise as a result of any changes made to the programme.

Raffles has no obligation to communicate such changes to its members. Members are responsible for keeping themselves informed of the current Terms and Conditions of The Raffles Ambassadors’ programme. The Raffles Ambassadors members can access current information on the programme at www.rafflesambassadors.com. Continued participation in the programme by a member will be regarded as acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.

Confidentiality Data Protection
The Raffles Ambassadors programme is administered by Raffles, a company incorporated under the laws of Singapore. The personal data you provide in the Preference Registry will be held by Raffles and processed in Singapore in order to administer The Raffles Ambassadors programme. In order to provide you with details of the most attractive exclusive membership offers and programme updates, your personal data may be transferred within the Raffles Group, wherever located in the world. All transfers within the Raffles Group shall be pursuant to an agreement in the form required by the law which ensures your rights under data protection legislation in your country of residence.

By joining The Raffles Ambassadors, you agree that Raffles may enter your Preference Registry information on its data system and use your personal information for purposes related to this programme. You may access the personal data held about you by Raffles at any time and may also have any incorrect personal information held about you corrected. If you would like further details regarding The Raffles Ambassadors programme, our use and protection of your personal data, the Raffles Group and where we operate, or would prefer not to receive marketing and other promotional material from the Raffles Group, then please contact us at: 800-3247-8888 (Global) / 888 – 495-2131 (North America) or via rafflesambassadors@raffles.com, quoting your name and membership number. Raffles will use your personal data to communicate special offers / services and updates, unless you specify otherwise by marking the relevant box(es) on the Preference Registry.

Raffles shall not be in breach of its obligation of confidentiality if disclosure of a member’s confidential information is made pursuant to an order of court, or is required by law or any governmental or regulatory authority. 

Termination
Both member and Raffles are entitled to terminate The Raffles Ambassadors membership at any time, with immediate effect, at the terminating party's own discretion upon written notification to the other party. 

Any such notification shall be addressed to Raffles at The Raffles Ambassadors Service Centre, 250 North Bridge Road, #10-00 Raffles City Tower, Singapore 179101, and any notification to members shall be made to your last known address maintained at the Preference Registry.

Upon receipt of the notification to terminate, any outstanding rewards, benefits or privileges will be automatically cancelled.

Membership will end automatically upon the death of the member.  All rewards, benefits or privileges accrued under the membership, but not used at the time of death, will be automatically cancelled.

Revocation
Raffles shall be entitled to revoke any membership, particularly in cases where the member: 
- acts in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws;

- fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions;

- has outstanding payments with Raffles;

- behaves fraudulently or with intent to misuse The Raffles Ambassadors membership privileges;

- misrepresents any information material to Raffles under this programme and / or does not meet the required membership criteria, as amended from time to time;

- does not consent to transfer of his personal data to Singapore or to any other country where The Raffles Ambassadors programme is administered from time to time.

Revocation of membership shall result in the forfeiture of any membership benefits, whether accrued or potential.

General Provisions

These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore and each member hereby agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. 

The correct interpretation and application of these terms and conditions and any change thereof shall be at the sole discretion of Raffles. Raffles reserves its right to correct any errors in this programme at any time. All decisions made by Raffles shall be final and conclusive in each case.  Nothing contained in these terms and conditions shall limit Raffles remedies under law or equity.

Members are responsible to keep Raffles informed of address changes. Raffles shall not be held liable for loss of membership privileges due to incomplete or outdated member mailing addresses.

Raffles, its officers, agents and its partners do not give any warranty or representation in connection with the programme whatsoever, and shall not be liable for any loss (including consequential losses and loss of profit), expenses or claims which a member may suffer or incur, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with The Raffles Ambassadors’ programme or any benefits received thereunder.

These terms and conditions supersede all prior rules and regulations of The Raffles Ambassadors. By using The Raffles Ambassadors membership card, the member agrees to comply with and be bound by the these Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended from time to time by Raffles.
