East 33 prides itself on the use of fresh ingredients, the creation of an authentic flavour, and a memorable dining experience for our guests. Chefs prepare dishes à la minute in an open kitchen concept.

The décor displays a subtle synthesis of traditional Chinese and contemporary Western design. Even the uniforms of the servers reflect a flippant yet deeply intellectual pulse with each server wearing loud, colourful glasses from the mid-60s--inspired by the late Mrs Mao Zedong.
