DUBAI, 27th March 2008 - The Noble House restaurant at Raffles Dubai brought home not one, but three awards at Time Out Dubai’s Restaurant Awards ceremony, in what was truly a successful night for the hotel.
The Noble House restaurant was conferred the highly coveted Restaurant of the Year for 2008, as well as Best Newcomer and Best Chinese Restaurant awards.
The judges of Time Out Dubai said, “The Noble House is a fantastic new addition to the local restaurant scene, demonstrating perfectly the fine art of theatre in a restaurant, with its impressive rituals, exceptional cuisine and exciting setting at the apex of the Raffles pyramid.”
The prestigious Restaurant Awards, organized by Time Out Dubai, is considered amongst the hospitality industry as a highly regarded ceremony rewarding the best restaurants in the city.
The glittering event was held on 25th March and brought together the Food & Beverage teams, General Managers, Marketing Directors and Managers from leading hotels in the city, who gathered in anticipation of the verdict announcing the best venues to dine in the city.
“We are extremely excited to have received the Restaurant of the Year award, considering that The Noble House opened only three months ago,” said Christoph Ganster, Executive Assistant Manager/Food and Beverage. “We are very pleased that we have been able to offer a dining experience which has exceeded the expectations of our guests, and enriched the dining scene in Dubai.”
Hagop Doghramadjian, General Manager of Raffles Dubai, added: “It is a very special honour for Raffles Dubai and a huge compliment to the team’s dedication and efforts. It will give us the extra motivation to constantly improve the quality of our services, and surpass the expectations of our patrons and residents”.
The Noble House restaurant, located at Raffles Dubai, serves contemporary fine dining cuisine and enjoys the ideal location, set within the glass capstone at the pinnacle of the pyramid-shaped hotel, with panoramic views of Dubai’s skyline from the 17th floor.
