This holiday season, Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor, Siem Reap, and Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh, presents a sensational array of festive delights, culminating in a New Year’s Eve Gala celebration at each destination. 

From 24th December, Christmas Eve, Café d’Angkor at Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor and Café Monivong at Raffles Hotel Le Royal will offer yuletide spreads featuring festive favourites such as roast turkey, honey glazed ham, smoked salmon and Christmas pudding, whilst fine dining Restaurant Le Grand and Restaurant Le Royal will present a Christmas degustation menu composed of the season’s freshest ingredients. 

The New Year’s gala dinner on 31st December will be served by Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor’s unique pool designed in the style of the Royal baths, which will be lit by 4000 candles floating on lotus leaves. Residents can enjoy a six-course gourmet dinner with a free flow of wine, beer and soft drinks while entertainment will be provided by a full scale Khmer cultural show.  At midnight, Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor will light up the skies with a dazzling display of fireworks to herald in the New Year with a complimentary glass of Champagne. 

In celebration of the festive season, Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor is introducing the Grand Odyssey Package, offering special rates and benefits to residents who wish to spend the festive season in Siem Reap.  Rates begin at USD$460 and includes breakfast and dinner for two. 

Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh, will host an extravagant seafood barbeque buffet at its Pool & Gardens, where guests can trip tirelessly to tremendous toe tapping tunes to the strains of the Royal Band. To add to the exuberance, a seafood extravaganza featuring freshly shucked oysters and lobsters will be served.

The hotel’s elegant fine dining restaurant, Restaurant Le Royal, will present a seven-course New Year’s Eve menu that is anticipated to be the culinary highlight of the season.

After dinner, residents will be invited to the hotel’s lobby where the countdown to midnight on New Year’s Eve will culminate in a festive balloon drop in the lobby.
