Located on the 2nd storey of Raffles Hotel Arcade, adjacent to the world-famous Long Bar, Long Bar Steakhouse cleverly combines steakhouse dining with the nostalgia and simple, honest flavours of early plantation fare.

Inspired by the legendary exploits of Frank Cavendish, an adventurous planter who retreated to Raffles Hotel every weekend in the early 1900s as a respite from the rigours of plantation life in Malaya, the house specialities are succulent prime cuts of meat and seafood, marinated with the flavours of the Orient.

Dress code: Smart Casual

Gentlemen are requested to be in business shirts or collared t-shirts, paired with appropriate long pants and covered shoes. Jackets are not necessary. Dresses, skirts or trousers are recommended for ladies.
