Built in the tropical setting of an open courtyard, Raffles Courtyard, a timeless structure with white arches flanked by tropical palms and native plants, keeps the feeling of 'Old Singapore' alive. A colonial cocktail bar, a traditional alfresco kitchen, table umbrellas and live music make the courtyard a pleasant place for patrons to watch the passing parade of visitors.

Commencing 8 April 2010, Raffles Courtyard introduces a new menu highlighting the finest ocean-fresh seafood selections prepared à la minute in light Mediterranean flavours typical of the French Riviera, such as the Courtyard Bouillabaisse with Maine Lobster, Red Grouper, Black Cod, Black Mussels, Saffron and Provençal herbs.

For a taste of Singapore, the local favourites Singapore Chilli Crab and Black Pepper Crab, remain.

Watch the chefs in action whilst you relax in the alfresco setting with an exciting Rosé wine from Provence or the best Grüner Veltliner from Austria to complement your dining experience.

Dress code: Casual

A more relaxed attire is accepted. Sport shirts, slacks and bermudas teamed with appropriate shoes for the gentlemen are welcomed. Ladies can be dressed in their casual best, in casual dresses, skirts and trousers with appropriate footwear. Pool attire is not permitted.
