At Raffles L’Ermitage we offer all our guests our flexible arrival and departure policy to accommodate all travel schedules so your room will be ready whenever you arrive and you may stay in your room as late as you want within a 24 hour period.

The hotel’s “The Choice is Yours” dining and entertaining policy offers guests a variety of options:  JAAN restaurant and patio; the Living Room; the Writers Bar; enjoy a rooftop view poolside, in a private cabana or on the Pool Terrace or choose from an extensive 24-hour in-room menu with no additional service fees.  Raffles L’Ermitage Private Dining was voted Best in the City by the Los Angeles Business Journal.  

Pets receive the star treatment when they check into Raffles L’Ermitage.  The hotel provides dog and cat beds, food bowls, selection of treats, and toys to keep them amused. 

A Pet Companion menu with gourmet selections is available from Private Dining.  Private pet walking, day care, grooming service and vet appointments can be arranged through the concierge.  Pets up to 40 pounds are welcome and cleaning fees apply.

Located on the top floor adjacent to the fitness center is the internationally acclaimed Raffles Amrita spa.  This intimate retreat for hotel guests only provides an integrated range of personalized spa and skin care services featuring Amrita’s private label aromatherapy products.  The spa features men’s and ladies locker facilities; steam rooms; beverage service and treatment rooms.  Guests may also enjoy spa treatments in the privacy of their guestroom.

Adjacent to the spa is the fitness facility featuring top workout equipment.  Guests may work out watching personal video screens or enjoy peaceful hillside views.
