The hotel’s signature restaurant, JAAN, offers a serene and sophisticated environment for dining for early morning to late night.  The cuisine offers a refreshing blend of French and California styles -- the finest selection of seasonal and specialty items from the regions top farms and markets. 

Guests may choose to dine in the restaurant’s main room featuring a high domed ceiling, two story windows looking onto the garden patio, well-spaced tables and comfortable seating; on the adjacent JAAN patio an urban garden setting with fireplace, waterfall, and lush greenery; or for special occasions and events in The Pavilion, a private dining room with seating for up to 20 guests.

The restaurant’s wine cellar and vitrines allow guests to view a seemingly limitless collection of vintage and reserve wines and more than 40 wines and champagnes are offered by the glass.

Table JAAN, the hotel’s singular dining experience by advance reservation only, offers a personalized five course dinner served al fresco in the front the fireplace on the JAAN patio.
