Since Executive Chef Gerald Reichstein joined the Raffles Hotel Le Royal, he developed the Royal duck menu that has been sold in excess of 1000 times and is the only duck carved and prepared ‘table-side’ in Cambodia. It is so tender, lean and juicy – an experience not to be missed.

For the perfect wine match, our sommelier Jobst Herr recommends the ‘Cliff Edge Shiraz 2001’ from the producer Mount Langi Ghiran, Victoria, Australia. The bouquet of this wine is fresh with ripe plum undertones and the sweet aroma of blackberries. The peppery spice and light drying tannins of this wine will harmonize on the palate with the richness of the Royal Duck.
The Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager will sign a special duck certificate as a momento of your experience.
