Abalone, shark’s fin, bird’s nest, braised fish maw and sea cucumber have a long culinary tradition in China headline the prestigious menu at Qing Palace.

Live seafood is served depending on market availability on the day, includes Australian lobster, select fresh fish, crab, scallop and shrimp.

Cantonese barbeque is another specialty, includes roast suckling pig, duck, chicken, barbecued pork and goose webs and wings.

Chinese fine cuisine includes boiled Mandarin fish, imperial-style stewed pork spare ribs, stir-fried chicken wings with chili, and baked spicy crab.

Home-made specialties, soups, daily recommendations and a wide range of vegetable, rice, congee, noodle and dim sum selections complete the menu.
