Beijing Sling

The origin of the Beijing Sling dates back to the roaring 1920’s, the golden age of travel and an eccentric Englishman travelling through China with a fondness for cocktails. Rumour has it that having run out of ingredients for his favourite Singapore Sling a sense of pragmatism as well as an ingenious Bartender at the Beijing Hotel concocted this striking vodka based cocktail exuding delicate flavours of peach and melon.
