3. Notify Raffles Hotels & Resorts within 24 hours of booking your room via Raffles.com by completing the required information in the Best Internet Rate Guarantee Claim Form
4. Upon verification of your claim, Raffles Hotels & Resorts will honour the lower rate found, plus give you an additional 50% discount on the lower rate for the first night of your stay

Best Internet Rate Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. Rooms on the other web site must be publicly available, viewable and bookable on the Internet at the time of verification by Raffles Hotels & Resorts
2. Lower rate found must be for the same hotel, same type of accommodation, same stay dates, same number of guests, same benefits and with the same payment conditions (e.g. deposits, taxes, prepayments etc)
3. Reservations for consecutive nights at a hotel are treated as one stay
4. To use this Guarantee, you must advise Raffles Hotels & Resorts within 24 hours of booking your room by submitting the online Best Internet Rate Guarantee Claim Form with your Raffles.com booking details
5. You must hold a confirmed reservation made through Raffles.com with a confirmation number
6. Guarantee does not include web sites or rates where the hotel brand and specific hotel are not known until the booking is made. Rooms booked on auction sites or through other bid mechanisms are also excluded.
7. Guarantee applies only to the lowest publicly available rate, bookable on Raffles.com. Specially contracted and membership rates are excluded
8. If a lower rate is found on any other web site due to currency exchange rate and / or rounding applied on the third-party web site, the Guarantee does not apply
