What information do I need to know before contacting the hotel?

The main information we would require from you when contacting our events team is the date of the event and the amount of people you are planning to invite. From here, the team can check availability and discuss further options with you.

Do we need to hire a wedding planner?


We suggest hiring a wedding planner if you are planning extravagant decoration and staging. Our friendly event team will be here to help and guide you through any venue related questions. In addition, we can recommend wedding planners and suppliers who will suit your requirements.

Is there a venue for an outdoor ceremony?


Yes, our private Raffles Garden is located on the 3rd floor measuring an impressive 1,500 square meters of greenery. Raffles Garden is one of the few garden venues in the bustling city center and a great venue option for wedding ceremonies and dinners - with a capacity to host cocktail style events serving up to 450 guests or banquet set-ups seating up to 300 guests.

Kindly note that all outdoor music has to cease by 11pm due to the proximity to the guest rooms.

Can the hotel offer a discounted room block?

Once your wedding at Raffles Dubai is confirmed, your event planner will advise of the rates available to your guests along with a block code. The block code is to be used by your guests when they book their rooms at Raffles Dubai, either by calling or emailing us directly.

What does the hotel provide for weddings?

Your Raffles Dubai Wedding will include the following:
- The venue - Raffles Ballroom and Ballroom Foyer, set to your requirements
- Inclusive use of the Ballroom Terrace overlooking the Raffles Garden
- Exclusively created wedding menu, as per your taste and preference
- Selection of tablecloth overlays and chair covers for your set up: white, black or gold
- Base mirror centerpiece without flower or candle arrangements
- Complimentary 1 night stay on your wedding night inclusive of breakfast
- Complimentary day use of the Ballroom for set up on your wedding day
- Menu tasting for up to 4 guests, if requested
- 3-tier real wedding cake
- Complimentary LCD projector and screen, on request
- Stage platform and dance floor, on request
- Complimentary Valet Parking for your guests

What are the food and beverage policies?

Our Raffles Ballroom can accommodate up to 400 guests on round tables of 10 without stage or dance floor. It does however require a minimum guaranteed number of 250 guests on any day. If your guaranteed numbers are less than 250 people there is a minimum spend to reach on any day. All food & beverages confirmed for the event can be offset from this minimum spend. Any shortfall would be treated as venue rental fees.

What are the menu options?

Our creative Chefs would be delighted to work with you on a suitable menu. Our menus start from AED 260/- per person, inclusive of non-alcoholic beverages. Our menus can be offered in set, buffet or family style and we provide Arabic, Indian, Asian and International cuisines.

Can the hotel arrange cake, decorations and flowers?

As part of our wedding package, we offer a complimentary 3-tier real wedding cake. Our event planners would be happy to suggest and discuss the cake options available.

Kindly note that all decoration related arrangements are supplied by an outsourced event company of your choice. Your event manager will be more than happy to assist in recommending reputable companies.

What is the cost per person for weddings?

If your guaranteed numbers are less than 250 people there is a minimum spend to reach on any day. If your guaranteed numbers are above 250 people, our talented event planners can work with the chef to determine a cost per person. Menus start from AED 260/- per guest, inclusive of non-alcoholic beverages.

Is there parking available for guests?

Yes, the hotel has a covered car park. Both self and valet parking are available.

Do you recommend any suppliers (Event Planners, Photographer, Florists, entertainment etc.)

Raffles Dubai works with many different suppliers and event planners, each catering to individual tastes and requirements. As you begin planning your wedding with us, our events team will be able to better suggest suppliers that will suit your requirement.
