Facility
Raffles Spa Dubai is a full service spa - a haven for relaxation. It consists of 6 Private Spa Suites, a VIP Suite and a private garden sanctuary in the Raffles Botanical Garden which is used for signature treatments. We are a full fitness facility, complete with a swimming pool, locker areas equipped with separate male and female saunas, steam, whirlpool and experience showers. Take a break from an afternoon in the sun by strolling through our Raffles Botanical Garden, a 10,000 square foot garden inspired by ancient Egyptian gods and the life elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water - with a variety of exotic tropical plants.
Hours of Operation
Raffles Spa is open daily from 7am – 11pm. Spa treatments begin at 9am and are available until 9pm. The Fitness Centre is open from 7am – 11pm and the Pool 8am until 9pm.

Raffles Spa is located on the fourth level of Raffles Dubai, Sheikh Rashid Road, Wafi , Dubai, UE.
Reservations
We recommend advanced reservations for all spa treatments to accommodate your preferences. Treatments may be purchased individually or as part of a package. A credit card number is required at the point of reservation to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly notify the Spa at least 4 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the service. A 100% cancellation fee applies otherwise.
Check In
It is recommended that you arrive 30 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This will allow time to familiarize yourself with the spa and to enjoy our facilities. Late arrivals may lead to reduced treatment times.
Spa Attire
Upon arrival you will receive a robe and slippers that are to be worn between your treatments. For your comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatments, however rest assured that our therapists are highly trained and professional, and will use every appropriate measure to ensure your comfort.
Valuables
We recommend that jewellery and valuables be left in a safe area. Raffles Dubai will not assume responsibility for any loss of personal items.
Health Matters
Guests who are pregnant, have high blood pressure or heart conditions are advised to consult their doctor before participating in spa treatments and using spa facilities. You are required to fill in a health history form before treatment so that your spa professional can better customize to your needs.
Gift Certificates
Our consultants will assist you in selecting creative gifts, products and packages from the wide variety of services and spa-related items we provide. Gift Certificates are available upon request.
Gym Memberships
Individual and Couple Fitness memberships are available. Detailed information is available though our Guest Service Officers. A Facility fee allows guests from outside our residence to enjoy our pool, sauna, steam, and fitness center facilities. Personal training sessions with a certified trainer is also available.
