Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh, hosted an extravagant seafood barbeque buffet at its Pool & gardens, where the guests danced tirelessly to tremendous toe tapping tunes to the strains of the Royal Band. To add to the exuberance, a seafood extravaganza featuring freshly shucked oysters and lobsters were served.
The hotel’s elegant fine dining restaurant, Restaurant Le Royal, presented a seven-course New Year’s Eve menu which was the culinary highlight of the season.
After dinner, residents were invited to the hotel’s lobby where the countdown to midnight on New Year’s Eve was culminated in a festive balloon drop in the lobby.
