The Restaurant Le Grand offers Royal Khmer Cuisine
Our chefs have researched the old Khmer recipes, which were lost during the Pol Pot era and King Sihanouk by Royal decree gave the Restaurant Le Grand a collection of Royal Khmer traditional recipes.
