24-hour Raffles butler service
With its roots embedded in colonial Singapore, Raffles Singapore will be incomplete without its team of butlers. Discreet, attentive and intuitive, the service they render comes straight from the heart. Check-in to the hotel and a butler will be on hand to assist with the unpacking. Thirsty? Coffee, tea and refreshments are but just a phone call away.
Beyond that, these well-trained individuals are also experts on the Raffles and Singapore. Guests can choose to go on an orientation of the hotel, or have them make recommendations on how best to experience the city. Here to celebrate a special occasion? The butler will be happy to assist with making arrangements so the milestone makes an indelible mark and will be remembered in years to come.
Arrive in style at the grand gravel driveway of Raffles Singapore with its chauffeured limousine service, or be whisked away to the next destination after a stay. Classic Daimler or Bentley limousines promise to transport guests to the glorious heydays of a bygone era, without which no Raffles experience is complete. A luxurious fleet of other modern limousines is also available. Click here for more information.
Experience a tour of the property with Raffles Singapore’s very own Resident Historian, Leslie Danker. A staff for over 40 years who started out in the maintenance department, he is, today, an expert on its storied past. Danker even has a book to his name, Memoirs of a Raffles Original, which traces the four decades of his service.
