Bar and Billiard Room

Established in 1896, the Bar & Billiard Room houses two original billiard tables from the turn of the century. A European buffet is served for lunch from Thursday to Saturday, while a special seafood night awaits guests for dinner from Thursday to Saturdays. A lavish Carving Champagne Brunch is offered on Sundays.

With a fine selection of martinis, single malts, cognacs, Armagnacs, champagnes, ports, sherries, chocolates, coffee and Cuban cigars, it is no wonder the Bar & Billiard Room is also known as 'The Connoisseur's Haven'. It also incorporates our famous Martini Bar.

Dining Details

Menu: Buffet of international flavours, including seafood

Dress Code: Smart casual. Gentlemen should wear shirts or collared T-shirts, paired with appropriate long trousers - jackets are optional. Ladies should wear dresses, skirts or trousers. Singlets, shorts, bermudas, sandals, slippers and pool attire are not permitted.

Lunch Thursday to Saturday: 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Dinner Thursday to Saturday: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Sunday Brunch: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Martini Bar Cocktails Thursday to Saturday: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
