Celebrate the 130th anniversary of Raffles Singapore with a special 3-course dinner at $130++ per person for the entire month of June at Raffles Grill. Indulge in a carefully curated menu by Chef Mickael le Calvez incorporating the freshest seasonal ingredients prepared with creative flair. Begin dinner with the exquisite Crispy King Crab with Yellow Chanterelles, Green Asparagus and Argan Vinaigrette and continue with the Confit Wild Trout with Kale, Turnip, Salmon Roe and Chartreuse Sauce. Round up your wonderful evening on a sweet note with a Chocolate Crémeux with Hazelnut Chantilly and Caramelized Hazelnut.
Dress Code: Smart Casual. Pool attire, blue jeans, slippers, shorts and baseball caps are not permitted. Gentlemen should be in collared shirts, long trousers and close-toed shoes.
