Deputy Executive Chef Nicola Canuti proudly presents a brand new menu for Raffles Grill. Chef Canuti has refreshed the Raffles Grill menu and his signatures include Welsh Lamb Shoulder – lamb that is seared and gently cooked for 36 hours until the meat is fork tender; and Omaha Beef Tenderloin – a perfectly marbled steak glazed with chef’s own “Daible Sauce” that is full of flavourful bits of chorizo, almond and shallot.

Complementing the fine cuisine is an Exclusive Wine by The Glass Selection created by Wine Director, Stéphane Soret, for your enjoyment.

Also available is the Menu Du Jour Set Lunch at $48++ (two-course) and $65++ (three-course) from 12.00 noon to 2.00 pm on weekdays.

The true meaning of luxurious indulgence is realized with Champagne Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve and Champagne Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé - the epitome of finesse and indulgence - as accompaniments to the buffet. A highly allocated champagne generally only served by the bottle and seldom by the glass, this exclusivity is not found elsewhere in Singapore.

Live Seafood at Raffles Courtyard

Raffles Courtyard is excited to unveil a new menu that draws inspiration from the sapphire waters and golden sands of the French Riviera coastline. Featuring a dining experience with live seafood displayed in an open aquarium, guests may personally select the finest lobster, prawn, fish and crustacean to be prepared a la minute by the team of culinary maestros at the open kitchen gazebo.

The main highlight on the menu is the Courtyard Bouillabaisse, a celebrated seafood stew originally from Marseille, France; and Spaghetti a l’Astice, a delectable pasta delight comprising of Maine Lobster, Garlic, Cherry Tomato and a dash of mild chilli.
