Raffles Singapore is proud to present two new flavours this year. The Snow-Skin Kaffir Lime Mooncake 冰皮青柠月饼 is a tantalising creation which embodies the tangy goodness of the Thai tropical fruit. The Snow-Skin Rum and Golden Raisin Mooncake冰皮醉酒葡萄月饼consists of luxuriously smooth white chocolate with plump golden raisins soaked in rum. Both selections feature the Raffles signature white lotus paste and tender Snow-Skin.
