Raffles Spa is located on the third storey in the main building of the historic Raffles Hotel.
Admission
Raffles Spa is exclusively for the use of residents of Raffles Hotel.
Hours of Operation Raffles Spa is open daily from 10am to 9pm. The swimming pool and gymnasium are open daily from 6am to 11pm.
Facilities
We have six luxurious treatment rooms, a VIP suite, gymnasium, sauna and steam rooms, hot and cool jacuzzis, an outdoor swimming pool and a poolside bar, all located within the sanctuary of Raffles Spa.
Reservations
Advance booking for all spa treatments and services are recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. Reservations are subject to availability.
Check In Please check in at the reception of Raffles Spa at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. As part of our personalised service, all guests will receive a health consultation on their first visit. We encourage patrons to be on time as late arrival may be subject to reduced treatment time.
Amenities We have separate female and male changing areas with lockers and shower facilities. Complimentary amenities and toiletries. Herbal tea is also available for your enjoyment.
Raffles Spa Products Raffles Spa works with professionals in aromatherapy, naturopathy, ayurvedic medicine, botanical and marine sciences to bring you a product range that is natural and safe for sensitive skin and balanced for the body and mind.
Our distinctive collection of Raffles Spa private label and international spa products are also available for purchase.
VIP Suite
Raffles Spa offers a VIP suite designed for couples who desire an extraordinary experience. In-suite facilities include a private jacuzzi, aroma steambath, shower facilities and a lounge area.
Special Considerations Guests who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, fever, diabetes or heart conditions are advised to consult their doctor before undergoing any spa treatments. Please inform us of your special needs or concerns at the point of reservations and prior to the commencement of any spa treatment and services.
Smoking and Alcohol
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the spa are strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption before any spa treatment is discouraged.
Minimum Age Only individuals with a minimum age of 18 years and above are permitted for entry and use of our spa facilities. We seek your kind understanding and co-operation.
Cancellation Policy We observed a 24-hour cancellation policy. Kindly contact Raffles Spa so that we may assist to re-schedule your appointment. Any cancellation with less than six hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. We regret that a full charge will be imposed in a “no-show” situation.
Payment All spa treatments and services will be charged directly to your suites. All prices listed are in Singapore dollars and are subject to prevailing taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Refund Policy Treatment services, packages and products are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable upon purchased.
Etiquette To ensure that our guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of Raffles Spa, we respectfully request that noise level is kept to a minimum. Cellular phones, pagers and electronic devices are discouraged.
