Introducing the many faces of mooncakes
Debuting this year from Raffles Patisserie is the first 'snowskin' mooncakes collection from Chef Anom Putra. A 1960s delicacy that has become increasingly popular, the chewy mochi is wrapped around sweet fillings to create the mooncakes. Delicious variations from the kitchen of Chef Putra include chocolate hazelnut, peanut butter, matcha red bean and the yuzu white chocolate mooncake, a blend of fragrant flavours, which complement the natural sweetness of white chocolate and the freshness of yuzu. Perfect accompanied by a refreshing cup of tea from our Raffles reserve collections.
