New this year is the Snow-Skin Earl Grey Tea and Chocolate Pearl Truffle Mooncake 冰皮伯爵茶巧克力珍珠月饼. Premium Earl Grey tea is infused into a milk chocolate truffle core, dotted with dainty puff cereal pearls wrapped in dark chocolate.

The perennial favourite Snow-Skin Champagne Truffle and Ganache Mooncake 冰皮香槟巧克力月饼 remains on the list. Powder-soft snow-skin wraps around the creamy white lotus paste, at its heart of which is the exquisite Champagne truffle.

 Other options this year include the Snow-Skin Raffles Cognac Truffle Mooncake 冰皮白兰地巧克力月饼, itself presented with brandy mixed in the dark chocolate truffle; and the Snow-Skin Dark Chocolate Crunchy Pearl Mooncake 冰皮珍珠巧克力月饼, perfect treat for the young ones.

Making a comeback is the Snow-Skin Irish Coffee Truffle Mooncake 冰皮爱尔兰咖啡月饼. Enjoy the flavours of the cocktail within the pastry, where the velvety smooth praline centre is complemented with Irish whisky and coffee liqueur.
