Take your seat at our Chefs’ Table – either a table or at the sushi bar – and the chefs will take you through nine authentic Japanese dishes, including unexpected delicacies and Matagi favourites. Each one can be expertly paired with a hand-selected wine, sake or champagne, or non-alcoholic grape if you wish.
