It also provides facilities for visually impaired and blind guests, including:

• Braille on telephone keypads and room numbers
• Tactile paving and access ramps

For hearing-impaired guests, the hotel offers:

• Two induction loops, available at the reception and in the lounges/cinema

On the ground floor and in the common areas:

• 4 lifts for PRM (1 opposite Bar Long on the stairs leading to the Spa, 1 on the Il Carpaccio side leading to the public toilets, 1 in the Spa leading to the pool area, 1 in the Spa leading to the women's treatment rooms)
• 3 wheelchair spaces in the Katara Cinema
• Emergency exit used as entrance to Katara Cinema for PRMs

• 2 secure waiting areas with signage, intercom with direct link to security control centre and smoke extraction.
