Step into the Writers Bar, a hub of mixology excellence and literary treasures, reinterpreted through a Rajasthani lens. At the helm, our master mixologist guides you on a farm-to-glass exploration incorporating herbs from our garden and freshly ground spices. Select one of the rare books lining the pastel-blue shelves and linger over it as you sip a spicy Mumbai Mule or Jaipur Sling, our twist on the Raffles Singapore Sling, mixed tableside if you choose. Co-created with the palace chef, our small plates and single-bite canapés celebrate Raffles' Singaporean heritage and India's diverse culinary flavours. Our most sought-after wines can be spirited in from the hidden cellar, accessible via a cinematic winding staircase.
