In the heart of The Safir, embark on a tea-inspired tasting journey, celebrating its diverse flavours through our original creations. Tea-infused sweet and savoury delights, such as our black tea smoked salmon tart and Earl Grey moist cake, are beautifully paired with an extensive selection of loose-leaf teas, champagne and tea-based whisky cocktails inspired by Scottish explorer Major Robert Bruce – the discoverer of India’s first native tea variety – adding a touch of adventure to your experience. In a picture-perfect culinary spectacle, watch as trolleys laden with jewel-like finger foods and sweets dance across the space, with the tableside slicing of our daily Atrium Cake as another ceremonial highlight.
