This is Mauro Colagreco's ‘Chef’s Table’, an immersive dining and elevated tasting experience for special events and occasions. This dining space has a dramatic open show kitchen and is located on the ground floor in one of the rounded corners of the building that overlooks Whitehall, London's most powerful address.

The Chef's Bio

From his native country Argentina to the French Riviera, Mauro’s passion has never waned. It is a journey strewn with travel, discovery, ambition, commitment, and focus that has led him to the pinnacle of his craft. This vision reflects a cuisine that is instinctive and generous. Driven by the belief in hyper-local and hyper-seasonality, he operates a close-circuit supply chain, harnessing the ingredients around him and forming indispensable relationships with his producers. Mauro, now more than ever has committed to environmental sustainability. He has recently being appointed UNESCO’s Goodwill Ambassador for Biodiversity. Mauro is a chef without borders, he strives for excellence while championing each ingredient in its simplest form.
