As part of AccorHotels' commitment to offer sustainable food, Raffles Makati endeavors to use—whenever possible—locally sourced and organically grown products as part of its every day offers. Fresh seafood fare are mostly from environmentally-responsible organizations. The group’s sustainable seafood are provided for by small-scale fisheries from areas throughout the Philippines. The menu also offers hearty eats created with choice cuts, eggs from free-range fowls, and organic produce from the province of Ilocos.
