Ageing under the sea
The evocative architecture of The OWO is reminiscent of an era of exploration and travel to discover new routes and destinations with which to trade. As a sea-faring country, the British relied on ships and their navigation of the world's great oceans. The idea of a long sea voyage inspires this tasting of sparkling wines aged under the sea. Our sommelier team guide guests through a sensorial journey of the ocean's depths and then back up to terra firma.
