La Padrona, the fifth concept from the acclaimed A-Street Hospitality, is situated within Raffles Boston, extending across both the first and second floors. Inspired by their culinary journeys through Italy, James Beard award-winner Chef Jody Adams and Executive Chef Amarilys Colon present traditional Italian cuisine, featuring regional classics crafted with ingredients sourced both locally and directly from Italy. La Padrona is an independent, third-party operation without direct affiliation to the hotel.
