Rumari 餐厅位于我们美丽度假村的至高顶点。餐厅的烹饪大师 Gaetan Biesuz 创造出大胆的地道风味，以有机、现代的方式重新呈现东南亚美食。他秉承 80/20 理念，即 80% 的产品来自群岛，而其余 20% 则需要进口。我们的葡萄酒种类逾 250 个品牌，既向经典致敬，亦有来自全球各地独立酿酒师的精选佳酿。
An intimate chef’s table experience
The Rumari Counter offers an intimate dining experience for up to ten guests, where no menu is ever the same. Each evening, the chefs curate a surprise sequence of dishes inspired by the freshest seasonal produce, guided by Rumari’s 80/20 philosophy and enhanced with specially selected ingredients. Prepared and plated before your eyes, each creation invites direct interaction with the chefs and sommelier, shaping an elegant, personal, and memorable culinary journey.
At IDR 3,000,000++ per person, with optional beverage pairing available.

晚餐
- 周二至周日 下午 6:00 至晚上 10:00
鼓励男士穿着带领衬衫、长裤并搭配适当鞋履。女士可穿着连衣裙、半裙或长裤，并搭配适当鞋履。不允许穿着拖鞋和人字拖。
