AN egg-ceptional MASTERCLASS
On Easter Sunday, Raffles London’s pastry chef extraordinaire, Dale DeSimone will host an easter themed chocolate masterclass. Following a welcome glass of champagne, guests will create their own masterpiece easter eggs using the finest chocolate, before sampling some of Dale DeSimone’s thoughtfully prepared Easter treats over an Afternoon Tea, including seasonal scones and Dulce de Leche bunnies with smoked salt and caramel.
