Badly service
It was terrible stay that need to spend so much energy for asking many times to bring things to the room (like iron, water cocker, soap) the personal just didn’t care. Very difficult to rich the reception on the phone, they just don’t respond.
Overall excellence
This was our first visit to Paris. My wife and I loved the hotel. Every detail was perfect. The service was excellent. The room was impressive. We will be back. Thank you!

Inconsistent service
Excellent restaurant and front desk service. Some front desk and house keeping services were not consistent with Accor's standards. Here are some examples: 1) Front desk was not aware of the "Welcome Drink" voucher that was supposed to be handed at check-in. A great deal of confusion resulted amongst the staff when I inquired about it and then was told that vouchers are no longer available. 2) Coffee pucks and water bottles were not always replenished. 3) Turn-down service was missed in two occasions. (green light was on)

Well located hotel but terrible service
We had very bad service with the staff assigned to our room, unfortunately. Very poorly trained. They left our room service tray sitting in the hall outside our room for almost 24 hours, which is disgusting. They could not seem to grasp how to put ice in an ice bucket so that the champagne would stay chilled, and suggested that I should take care of it myself. Cleaning products were sitting on the bedroom floor when we checked in. We had requested sparkling water in our room before arrival and instead were given still water every day. On and on. On a more positive note, the breakfast buffet was excellent every morning - lots of delicious choices.

We liked the facility and the staff. Housekeeping forgot us the first two nights which wasn't a big deal but surprised us. We really liked the front desk staff, the bar staff and resturant staffs We started conversing, thru email, with the concierge service about setting up dinners and shows for our stay. The Concierge service was horrible about getting back to us thru email and we still had no information when we checked in. The Concierge's were wonderful in person but, by then, it was too late for us to get into a restaurant and show that we had desired. The front door guys were great.
