Decorations
From November onwards, Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris adorns itself in deep crimson and velvet to celebrate Christmas in the manner of a Haute Couture house.
At the heart of the lobby, the silhouette of a Christmas tree rises as a monumental textile sculpture — a composition of royal red velvet cushions, stacked with effortless grace, embellished with gilded botanical accents and crystalline tassels that capture and diffuse light with rare and precious brilliance.
Beneath the Marquise and along the entire façade, natural trees dressed in ribbons and deep red ornaments welcome guests upon arrival, while a ribbon — as though wrapping an oversized gift — delicately embraces the terrace basin, crowned at its centre by a majestic bow.

Gastronomy
Conceived by Chefs Yazid Ichemrahen & Alexandre Favre as an ode to architecture and design, "L'Envoûtée du Bar Long" rises like a sculpture of clean, refined lines — a tribute to the legendary Le Bar Long designed by Philippe Starck, a living space that inspires the Chefs every day.
A nod to the timeless elegance of one of Paris's most iconic settings, this creation — with its elongated silhouette and sweeping curves — transcends the traditional codes of the festive pâtisserie to assert itself as a true object of contemporary design.
Its monochrome dress, punctuated with gold, conceals a composition of exceptional finesse: a double vanilla mousse from Madagascar and Tahiti, flowing Piedmont hazelnut praline, mandarin marmalade, hazelnut biscuit and feuilletine with Guérande sea salt fleur de sel.
