best hotel in town
everything from the room was perfect, room quite spacious, bed is so comfy (upgraded because platinum status), have welcome snack and personalized welcome letter. services from the staffs are top notch, heads up to yuli from club lounge and jesslyn from the butler. one minus is environment at night, seems so many illegal bike racer in JLNT that make loud noice, hard to sleep because of that.
Nice located, nice service
The hotel location is very nice (connected with mall) and the staff service is outstanding (have personal online butler & during stay they provided the refreshments even on the pool). One feedback is meal at breakfast, i ordered steak &egg but when it came more like “daging dendeng” meanwhile i knew from family should be steak.
