Raffles never disappoints. I would like to thank Russell who greeted us when we arrived, Yan Ting who took care of us during our breakfast and an amazing experience at La Dame de Pic with Bliss, Lovely and Joseph. They were extraordinary and we would definitely be going back there again.
Lived up to every expectation
From arrival to checkout and departure, I cannot find a single negative issue. Loved my suite and the butler was responsive when called upon, though she did always seem to be in a hurry. Dining and bar venues delivered outstanding experiences, as was the Spa. An exceptional experience.

Lovely all round experience
Had my wedding reception at the Jubilee Ballroom which was already spectacular, and topped it all off with a lovely stay in the (upgraded) Residence Suite. Butler was always on hand to help with any requests we had, and the suite itself came with almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
