A tranquil hideaway in the gardens, Raffles Spa promises to take guests and local visitors on a journey of rejuvenation, with rituals inspired by the wellness philosophies of Asia and an array of soothing, therapeutic body and facial treatments. Relaxation is enhanced by hydrothermal experiences, while fitness is supported with personal training, yoga, Pilates and a 25m outdoor pool. To promote 360 wellbeing, transformative holistic healing modalities are also offered, including soulful meditation, sound therapy and reiki.

This meditation session invites us to combine movement, sound and breathwork. When repeated with focus, we switch from operating in our parasympathetic to our sympathetic system, a beautiful way to wind down after a hectic day. Experience improved emotional health and a greater understanding of self.
