I always had a lovely stay during my visit in Raffles Shenzhen that was always top quality in all the aspects,nice atmosphere too compared with previous hotels I've had in other regions.They always treat us as friends,especially front desk team and butler team,just like jade、sharro 、rainie and qian , always giving lots of help,I will be choosing your hotel again.
Well located & Good stay
When I first came to the hotel, I thought that it was so well located and had a beautiful view. However, we had a little accident with the room card. The first card could not open the right door of my room even the elevator. Then, the cleaner opened the door for me and called a waiter to give me a new room card immediately.
Well location and great sea view
Very good service from the different people & good brunch in Raffles with pleasure and tks. Nice butler service to introduce the arts in your hotel and Gin1915 But not that comfy for the internet connection, parking guidance and attend the ALL app as membership. Hope it can be improved next time. Looking forward to stay there again.
Bad service
So disappointed with the service offered by Raffles Shenzhen. I booked a suite and stayed for 1 night. The Chinese restaurant located at 70th floor tastes not good. The chicken was too salty and overcooked. When I was doing spa, the therapist said that she cannot get any commission from the price I paid, so she asked for tips. I was so confused about the hotel charging exorbitant prices and did not pay enough to their staff? The thing that pisses me off the most was the service provided by the front desk when I was checking out. The lady was frowning throughout check-out. She was not willing to give me the hard copy of the invoice. She did not ask me how was the stay and of course she did not say any greetings before leaving. That kind of service totally didn’t match the price and also the standard of Raffles (the most luxurious hotel of Accor). I’d never come back to this hotel again, and I planned to reach diamond status of Accor this year, and it seemed that I’m gonna give up cuz I don’t wanna waste on it.
