Guided by the palate of Chef Lukman, savour some of our favourites plates infused with typical Indonesian flavours, as well as off-the-menu creations from our open show kitchen, showcasing seasonal produce in a fun, gastronomic journey.
Feast on picanha steak, prime striploin bone-in, tenderloin, seven-day dry-aged Koji ribeye, wagyu beef sliders and Mulwarra lamb chop – all accompanied by our signature Virgin Bloody Mary. Finish your journey with some delicious signature cakes, viennoiserie, desserts and ice cream from Raffles Patisserie.
