Sublime beach barbecues by flickering torchlight

Soak up the sunset, sip a chilled cocktail and watch our chefs practise one of the oldest forms of cooking to create a stunning, flavoursome feast under the stars. Highlights include the delicately succulent giant scampi with smoked tomato gremolata and the boldly satisfying Snake River Farm beef tenderloin with chimichurri. The seafood platter – an abundant mixed grill selection for two – is sheer heaven.
