Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris is pleased to announce that the Palace has been awarded the prestigious Green Globe certification, which is the crowning achievement of our firm commitment to sustainable development and environmental protection.

Bath products in refillable containers; Optimised management of air conditioning and lighting; Significant presence of green energy in our energy mix;
Installation of aerators in all areas of the hotel; Linen change after two nights or before on request only; Programmed irrigation system for our green areas and installation of drip irrigation;
100% of our recyclable waste is recycled in France OR Germany (coffee capsules); An on-site sorting agent to optimise the amount of waste recycled; Our organic waste is recycled through a composting system; Significant reduction in the number of disposable products; A policy of reducing waste at source.
Bicycles are available for guests to use all year round; Our car fleet consists entirely of hybrid vehicles; Promotion of green transport for our event clients; Full reimbursement of the Navigo Pass (public transport) for all our employees.
Preference given to suppliers who deliver to us in reusable containers and who have demonstrated a commitment to CSR; Use a majority of eco-certified products (cleaning products, consumables and stationery); Increasing the use of organic, seasonal and local food; Avoiding the purchase of endangered species and taking animal welfare into account in our purchasing decisions and activities.
Partnership with Les Déterminés, an association dedicated to developing employment and entrepreneurship initiatives in suburban and rural areas; Management provides temporary accommodation close to the hotel for new employees during their probationary period, provided their main residence is outside the Paris region; Participation in Duo Day, a national day to encourage employers to hire new talent with disabilities; Raising our teams' awareness of environmental issues and eco-actions, in particular waste sorting; Increasing our employees' knowledge and awareness of non-discrimination, anti-corruption and compliance with employment law and disability.
