This July, Saison by Mauro Colagreco is delighted to present a menu inspired by the shared ethos of Wimbledon and Mauro's personal culinary vision. Our commitment to sourcing execptional and sustainable British ingredients is reflected in the favourite foods of Wimbledon champions. Available from June 23rd to July 13th, dishes will include Sea Bream Carpaccio, Sutton Hoo Chicken, and a Strawberry & Cream desserts.
