From 18 November 2025, Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris will echo this magic within its Palace walls. Beneath the legendary chandeliers, Christmas trees will recall a snow-covered Central Park, lights will shimmer like Times Square at dusk, and smooth jazz will set the tone for a season of joy and elegance. Every detail captures the wonder of New York through the prism of Parisian Art de vivre.

Guests are invited to immerse themselves in an atmosphere where creativity and luxury meet. For the occasion, Le Bar Long transforms into an elegant New York stopover, a place where Parisian refinement meets the bold flavours of Manhattan. Designed as an ode to cosmopolitan living, this exclusive gastronomic experience celebrates creativity, indulgence, and the Art of sharing.

The Printemps x Le Royal Monceau pop-up menu reinterprets the iconic tastes of the Big Apple with French savoir-faire and a touch of audacity. From the SO-HO’t Dog to the WALL STREET Bagel and the TIMES SQUARE Maple, each dish is a tribute to New York’s culinary energy. The experience continues with reimagined American desserts: a New York Roll puff pastry and a cheesecake perfected by renowned Pastry Chefs Yazid Ichemrahen and Alexandre Favre.

To complement this gourmet escape, two signature cocktails, The Naked & Famous and The Penicillin, bring smoky, spicy notes reminiscent of New York’s rooftop bars, blending perfectly with the festive ambiance of Le Bar Long, a parisian fine dining venue in the heart of the hotel.

The limited-edition menu will be available from 18 November 2025 to 5 January 2026, priced at €150 for two guests.
