On the occasion of Art Basel, Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris,  is unveiling a new exhibition. 

From 8 to 30 October 2025, the Lobby will be taken over by French-American artist Jaouad Bentama, of Moroccan origin, who will present a series of works in which fragility and emotion become elegance.

Based in New York but regularly returning to Paris, Jaouad Bentama has built a sensitive and universal body of work. Born from the deepest human experiences, his work transcends sensitivity, tensions, shocks and visible and invisible scars into visual poetry. Exploring the depths of emotions and the traces that life leaves on each of us, he navigates the space between abstraction and figuration. Exhibited internationally, his works assert themselves as spaces for contemplation, where fragility is transformed into strength and each glance reveals a subtle dialogue between artist and viewer.

In this exhibition, Jaouad Bentama presents an original series in which vitality and hope are intertwined with gentle, controlled tension. Each canvas reflects the twists and turns of the human experience, offering viewers a sensitive immersion. Visitors are invited to engage their senses, reflect, and reconnect with their own history, ensuring that each encounter with the artworks is a unique experience.
