This Easter, Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris unveils the Cannage Egg, an exceptional chocolate creation imagined by Pastry Chef Yazid Ichemrahen and Executive Chef Alexandre Favre.
Inspired by the traditional art of cane weaving, the sculptural design evokes the elegant baskets of Easter egg hunts while celebrating artisanal craftsmanship.
Crafted with 62% Caribbean dark chocolate by La Chocolaterie de l’Opéra, the egg reveals a heart of indulgent textures:

Renowned for its sumptuous brunches, La Cuisine will be offering an Easter brunch on Sunday 5 April 2026.
Guests can choose from an exquisite buffet featuring seasonal dishes and a selection of Easter pastries, French breads, organic teas, freshly squeezed fruit juices and gluten-free options.
A magician will enchant this moment of sharing, while a special treat awaits the gourmets.
Available from noon to 4pm on Sunday 5 April 2026.
