Raffles Sentosa Singapore invites you to discover the newly unveiled Raffles Afternoon Tea, served in the elegant surrounds of the Raffles Room, a boudoir-inspired lounge nestled amidst lush tropical gardens and overlooking one of our historic ficus trees.
Created in collaboration with Chef Bjoern Alexander and internationally celebrated chef-artist Janice Wong, this refined afternoon ritual brings together exquisite savouries, imaginative desserts, and the timeless French elegance of Christofle silverware.
Begin with a curated selection of delicate savouries, from home-smoked salmon with fennel and trout roe to king crab rillette crowned with caviar. Warm house-made scones like the Orange Chocolate and Basil, are served with clotted cream and artisanal jams, offering a comforting interlude.
Inspired by the resort’s tropical surroundings, Janice Wong’s desserts transform the experience into a visual and sensory journey. From Strawberry Hibiscus Cake to Coconut Gula Melaka Pandan and whimsical Chocolate Madeleines, each creation feels like tasting art in a garden.
A curated range of Harney & Sons teas accompanies the Afternoon Tea, with the option to elevate the moment with a glass of Delamotte Champagne. Presented on a signature ‘Tree’ stand and styled with Christofle’s Jardin d’Eden cutlery, every detail reflects thoughtful craftsmanship and quiet luxury.
