Raffles Sentosa Singapore proudly presents a menu of three fried chicken creations from acclaimed food writer Susan Jung’s best-selling cookbook “Kung Pao & Beyond – Fried Chicken Recipes from East and Southeast Asia”, available from 17 November 2025 to 28 February 2026 in the Resort’s signature Italian restaurant, Empire Grill.
The menu reimagines fried chicken through a global lens, featuring Korean, Vietnamese, and local-inspired flavours. A self-professed fried chicken devotee, Susan Jung has spent years exploring its countless regional interpretations, culminating in her cookbook. Featuring 60 crisp, crunchy, and spicy recipes, the book elevates the humble comfort food into an art form, earning Jung, former South China Morning Post Food and Drinks Editor, the affectionate nickname “the fried chicken lady.”
